Clevedon School is a primary school catering to children from Years 1-8. The school is situated in an attractive, country setting 15km from Manukau City. We passionately value our long history of more than 150 years, our traditions, and our unique semi-rural character.
Clevedon School is a vibrant learning community in the fullest sense. We encourage our learners, both students and adults, to demonstrate our values (Kia Kaha, Kia Atawhai, Kia Pono) in all that they do.
There is a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy as well as opportunities for specialisation. A special feature of our school calendar is Agriculture Day where our unique rural character is celebrated.
We are a busy school with a variety of opportunities available for students in sports, the arts, and education outside the classroom and through special events. The school is the ‘heart’ of the Clevedon community and provides for its learners through a wide range of rich learning opportunities. We are fortunate to have a highly competent, talented staff.
We believe that our learning environment well and truly prepares our students for their future as 21st century lifelong learners.
